Ariane has always been passionate about holistic health and well-being. Growing up and playing soccer into her 20’s has given her an understanding and passion for the body’s ability to function at an optimal level.

This active lifestyle led her to the University of Ottawa where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics. After completion of her undergraduate studies, Ariane began her Master’s Degree in the Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.

This program has given Ariane a true appreciation and a deeper understanding of anatomy, and how the body is able to self-heal by restoring its anatomical structure to its best structural self.
